Judge OKs Facebook Suit Against ConnectU

Law360 (August 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Social networking site Facebook Inc.'s case against a software contractor its rival hired to improperly access Facebook contacts will continue, after a federal judge refused to dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction.

Judge Richard Seeborg, who is currently presiding over the conflict between Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and three former Harvard classmates, on Monday denied Pacific Northwest Software and Winston Williams' motion to dismiss claims against them.
