Male Job Applicant Accuses CBS Of Sex Discrimination

Law360, New York (March 28, 2012, 4:23 PM EDT) -- CBS Corp. was hit with an employment discrimination suit in California on Tuesday by a male applicant for a programming development position who claims a network supervisor refused to hire him based on his gender. 

In a complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior court, Daysun Perkins claimed CBS and its television distribution unit discriminated against him in violation of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, which prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of gender, religion, age and other factors.
