Law360, New York (March 28, 2012, 5:31 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. will offer refunds to Australian consumers who purchased the new version of the iPad, an Australian regulator said Wednesday, the day after it accused the company of deceiving customers about the device's high-speed capability.
