GPU Plaintiffs Dig Heels In To Keep Suit Alive

Law360 (August 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in the massive price-fixing class action against manufacturers of graphics processing units (GPU) are fighting the defendants' efforts to derail the case tooth and nail, filing three memos Monday in opposition to the defendants' motions to dismiss.
