Judge Drops Samsung's Call For IPhone 4S Patent Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (March 28, 2012, 8:40 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Tuesday rejected Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.’s request to add the iPhone 4S to a list of 12 patents it claims Apple Corp. infringed in the companies’ fight over patents for their touchscreen devices, saying the move could delay a July 30 trial.
