Fed. Circ. Chief Urges Attys To Curb E-Discovery Costs

Law360, Washington (March 28, 2012, 7:54 PM EDT) -- Federal Circuit Chief Judge Randall Rader said Wednesday that attorneys have a responsibility to help contain the high costs of e-discovery by limiting their requests, and that he is heartened to see courts beginning to adopt discovery rules with that goal in mind.
