McDermott Brings Over Patent Litigation Pro From Orrick

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 6:05 PM EDT) -- McDermott Will & Emery LLP added a seasoned intellectual property litigator with computer science expertise to its Silicon Valley office when it lured Fabio Marino over from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, McDermott said Thursday.

Marino, who brought three additional IP attorneys with him, joined McDermott after six years at Orrick. Before his stint at Orrick, Marino spent four years at Bingham McCutchen LLP, where he was co-chairman of the firm's intellectual property group.
