Judge Deals Setback To Mosaid In Patent Suit Vs. Infineon

Law360 (April 4, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a stinging blow to Canadian chip maker Mosaid Technologies Inc., a federal judge in New Jersey has ruled against six of seven of its claims in its patent infringement lawsuit against German rival Infineon Technologies Inc.

U.S. District Judge William J. Martini with the U.S. District Court in New Jersey ruled that Infineon's products do not infringe any of the claims of six patents, but did not rule on the seventh.
