Lawyer Wants Details Of Psych Exam In DLA Piper Suit

Law360, New York (August 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The woman who accused DLA Piper LLP of discriminating against her and causing emotional distress has asked the judge in the case to more clearly establish the scope and conditions of the psychiatric examination she is required to undergo.

Charlene Morriseau, a black attorney and former employee at DLA Piper, argued in her motion on Monday that the firm's request for a psychiatric tests is too broad and that she is entitled to more information about the exams and how they relate to her allegations....
