Fried Frank Slips Ex-Secretary's Age Bias Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (March 29, 2012, 7:02 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge last week threw out a former Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP secretary’s lawsuit claiming the firm fired her in a 2008 round of layoffs because of her age, saying there was no evidence of discrimination.
