ISPs Escape Copyright Owners' Requests For User Info

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 9:11 PM EDT) -- Two Florida state judges this week shut down a pair of cases seeking the personally identifiable information of hundreds of alleged online copyright infringers without their knowledge from AT&T Internet Services, Verizon Online LLC and other Internet service providers.
