Energy Co. Sues Edison Over Terminated Wind Farm Deal

Law360, New York (March 30, 2012, 6:06 PM EDT) -- San Diego developer Helo Energy LLC and its investment backer accused Southern California Edison Co. on Wednesday of unlawfully terminating a power purchase agreement with Helo's 20-megawatt wind farm — a struggling project Helo claims it was tricked into starting.
