Boies Schiller Scores SEC Lawyer Who Tried Rajaratnam

Law360, New York (March 30, 2012, 6:54 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission lawyer who served as a prosecutor in the criminal case against Galleon Group LLC founder Raj Rajaratnam for insider trading is going into private practice, joining Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP as a partner in May, the firm said Friday.
