Blue Cross Michigan Dodges City's Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (March 30, 2012, 9:37 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge on Friday granted a win for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and more than 20 hospitals in a suit by the city of Pontiac accusing them of conspiring to charge higher prices for services to non-BCBSM purchasers.
