Judge Lifts Discovery Stay In Qwest MDL

Law360, New York (August 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Putting an end to months of legal sparring, a federal judge has lifted a discovery stay in the multidistrict securities litigation brought by a group of pension funds in the wake of a $3 billion accounting scandal at Qwest Communications International Inc.
