Reddy Ice Says It's Struggling To Stay Afloat

Law360, New York (April 2, 2012, 6:58 PM EDT) -- Dallas-based packaged ice company Reddy Ice Holdings Inc., whose stock price plummeted after federal regulators opened an antitrust probe in 2008, said Friday that it may have to file a prepackaged bankruptcy plan if it can't slash its debt.

Reddy, which says it's the country's largest manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice, is negotiating with its stakeholders "to modify its capital structure and reduce the Company’s leverage."
