NLRB Judge Slams Security Co.'s Ban On Social Media Talk

Law360, New York (April 2, 2012, 6:44 PM EDT) -- A National Labor Relations Board administrative law judge ruled last week that a security company's social media policy prohibiting employees from discussing work-related legal matters violated federal labor law but upheld the company's ban on posting photographs of uniformed employees.
