More Medtronic Plaintiffs Bow Out Of MDL

Law360 (August 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Six more plaintiffs have withdrawn their lawsuits against medical device maker Medtronic Inc. over its allegedly defective defibrillators, the latest in a number of people who have had to bow out after the judge limited the criteria for taking part in the large multidistrict litigation.
