Harvard Seeks Class Status In Russian Oil Firm Spat

Law360 (August 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Harvard College is asking a federal judge to sign off on an arbitration award permitting its claims against one of Russia's largest oil companies to proceed on a class basis in a case that concerns whether a foreign company can be forced to submit its key corporate finance and governance policies to review by a U.S. arbitration panel.
