Would-Be Green Card Sponsors Latest To Target DOMA

Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 6:01 PM EDT) -- An immigration rights group on Monday filed the latest in a string of challenges to the Defense of Marriage Act, arguing that the law's prevention of gay men and women from sponsoring legally married spouses for green cards violates their constitutional rights.
