Singer Co. Ex-Head Faces Suit Over Mansion Mortgage

Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 8:16 PM EDT) -- A lawsuit filed Monday accuses disgraced former Singer Co. chief Paul A. Bilzerian of wrongfully persuading an Australian energy firm to give a holding company affiliated with his family $750,000 at the same time he took out an identically sized mortgage on a 30,000-square-foot mansion.
