Ex-Mayor Can't Get Coverage For Dirty Water Suits: Ill. Court

Law360, New York (April 4, 2012, 6:55 PM EDT) -- An Illinois appeals court ruled Friday that a Chicago suburb's former part-time mayor wasn't covered by his personal liability insurance for lawsuits over contaminated water in the village, overturning a lower court's ruling that his policies' business exclusions didn't apply to his elected office.
