Russian-Owned Co. Can't Sue Over Stoli Mark, 2nd Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 8:24 PM EDT) -- Spirits International BV and other distributors asked the Second Circuit on Monday to nix a Russian state-owned company's lawsuit over the trademark rights to Stolichnaya vodka, saying a lower court correctly ruled that the company lacked standing to sue.
