Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 6:24 PM EDT) -- The U.K.'s financial regulator on Tuesday fined a senior banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co. £450,000 ($721,000) for sharing confidential information with a prospective client, a bold action that comes on the heels of a string of insider trading cases lodged by the agency.
