House Dems Push Obama To Outlaw LGBT Bias In Contracting

Law360, New York (April 4, 2012, 6:21 PM EDT) -- More than 70 House Democrats urged President Barack Obama on Tuesday to adopt an executive order explicitly prohibiting federal contractors from discriminating against employees based on their sexual orientation or gender identity, seeking to continue a trend of using executive power to force contractors to exceed federal employee discrimination laws.
