Judge Orders New Enviro Review On Calif. Highway Project

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 2:24 PM EDT) -- A federal judge ruled Wednesday that the California Department of Transportation did a shoddy job reviewing the environmental impacts of a project to expand Highway 101 through a patch of redwood trees, ordering the agency to revise its assessment.
