Learning From Omeros' FCA Suit

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 1:07 PM EDT) -- In an interesting case out of the Western District of Washington, the district court has granted in part and denied in part defendant Omeros Corporation's motion to dismiss a qui tam relator’s third amended complaint. The relator, Richard Klein, is the former chief financial officer of Omeros, a biopharmaceutical company that received grant funds from the National Institutes of Health.
