NJ Court Orders Damages Retrial In Curtiss-Wright Bias Suit

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 6:24 PM EDT) -- Clarifying the burden for proving or disputing front pay damages, a New Jersey appeals court on Thursday ordered a retrial on the bulk of $9.1 million in damages awarded to a former Curtiss-Wright Corp. human resources executive who accused the company of sex discrimination.
