Top NY Fracking Foe Shows Mild Support For GOP Bills

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 2:47 PM EDT) -- A leading Democratic opponent of hydraulic fracturing in New York's legislature offered tepid support Thursday for a slate of bills sponsored by a Buffalo Republican who wants to track wastewater from any natural gas drilling operation and limit how that water could be used.
