Enviros Sue To Force EPA's Hand On Coal Ash Standards

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 3:42 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club and 10 other groups are suing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington federal court in a bid to force the agency to update its regulations for the disposal of toxic coal ash, the groups said Thursday.
