Commerce Says Thai Pipe Cos. Still Dumping On US Market

Law360, New York (April 6, 2012, 7:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Friday announced the preliminary results of an anti-dumping duty review on steel pipe exports from Thailand, saying a pair of Thai producers still are unloading their merchandise on the U.S. market at submarket rates.

Commerce said in a notice published in Friday's federal register that its review of a 25-year-old dumping order against Thai pipe producers has determined that the companies are selling their product at rates that undercut domestic companies.
