Lilly Escapes Dozens Of Darvocet, Darvon MDL Suits

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 8:42 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in 33 suits dropped claims against Eli Lilly & Co. on Thursday in multidistrict litigation in Kentucky over injuries tied to painkillers Darvocet, Darvon and their generic equivalents, after Lilly contended they failed to allege the drug they used was sold or made by the company.
