Ex-Nvidia Analyst Seeks Probation In Insider Trading Case

Law360, New York (April 6, 2012, 6:40 PM EDT) -- A former financial analyst at chip company Nvidia Corp. who admitted to trading secret information with a colleague and a former manager at semiconductor maker Marvell Technology Group Ltd. asked a New York federal judge for probation Thursday, stressing his limited role in the scheme.
