Law360, New York (April 6, 2012, 6:20 PM EDT) -- Herb Reed Enterprises LLC sued a Las Vegas concert promoter for trademark infringement Wednesday in the latest chapter of decades of litigation over the rights to “The Platters,” a name singer Reed says he gave to a famed music group he started almost 60 years ago.
