GM Hit With IP Suit Over OnStar Navigation System

Law360, New York (April 9, 2012, 12:59 PM EDT) -- A patent-holding company on Friday sued General Motors Co. in Georgia federal court alleging OnStar, the auto giant's in-car safety and navigation system, infringes six patents for vehicle tracking and remote car-starting technology.
