UBS Accuses ADEA Plaintiff Of Defamation

Law360, New York (August 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- UBS Financial Services Inc. has fired back at a former employee who accused UBS of age discrimination, filing an answer to plaintiff Michael Grauer's complaint and counterclaims accusing Grauer of defamation, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with business relations and misappropriation of trade secrets, in a move Grauer's attorney called an “intimidation tactic.”
