Dow, Others Face Mexican Duties On US Solvents

Law360, New York (April 9, 2012, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Mexico will place a provisional anti-dumping duty on certain chemical solvents imported from the U.S. after determining that Dow Chemical Co. and other American companies had dumped the products on the Mexican market, the country's economy minister said Monday.
