Plaintiffs, DB Oppose Case Transfers In WTC Case

Law360, New York (August 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in the litigation over the World Trade Center site clean-up have joined Deutsche Bank, a defendant in the case, to oppose a motion by Tully Construction Co. to transfer 100 plaintiffs' cases from one docket to another, potentially delaying the case.

Deutsche Bank filed a motion opposing the transfer on Thursday, and a group of plaintiffs followed on Friday.
