Calif. Panel To Mull Alternative Work Schedule Bills

Law360, San Diego (April 9, 2012, 8:29 PM EDT) -- A California Senate panel on Wednesday will consider two bills by a Republican state senator that propose to give employees the option to move to more flexible work schedules while helping companies avoid potential litigation over alternative workweeks.
