Creditors' Protest Late In $16M Taylor Bean Settlement

Law360, New York (April 9, 2012, 5:28 PM EDT) -- The Florida judge overseeing Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp.'s bankruptcy said Friday that the almost $16 million settlement between Taylor Bean's plan trust and Sovereign Bank could go forward over the objection of creditors because they had missed the deadline to file objections.
