Ex-CEO Of Antifreeze Co. Prison Bound For $60M Stock Scam

Law360, New York (April 9, 2012, 6:06 PM EDT) -- The former CEO of an antifreeze maker was sentenced Monday to between 1 1/2 and 4 1/2 years in prison by a New York state court for participating in a pump-and-dump scheme involving more than $60 million worth of illegally issued securities.
