Ind. Builder Sued Over Coverage For Project Sediment

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 3:53 PM EDT) -- The Cincinnati Insurance Co. launched a suit Friday seeking to block coverage for an Indiana construction company facing environmental negligence claims over sediment from a housing development that allegedly contaminated a man-made lake.

The suit in Indiana federal court stems from Wurster Construction Co. Inc.’s role as general contractor on a $25 million project to expand an assisted living community in Indianapolis located on the banks of a creek upstream from a man-made lake.
