New Pemex Suit Goes After Shell, Conoco In Stolen Fuel Fight

Law360, New York (April 11, 2012, 4:43 PM EDT) -- Mexico’s state-owned oil firm Pemex Exploracion y Produccion on Tuesday sued ConocoPhillips Co. and Shell Chemical Co. in a case involving fuel stolen by drug cartels being brought into the U.S., flouting a judge's concern that such action would drag out the long-running dispute.
