Calif.'s $120M NRG Deal Raises Competition Issues, Group Says

Law360, San Diego (April 11, 2012, 11:07 PM EDT) -- An electric vehicle advocates group said Wednesday it had competition concerns over whether California’s proposed $120 million settlement with NRG Energy Inc., calling for the company to fund statewide construction of electric car-charging stations, goes far enough to benefit drivers.
