St. Vincent's Seeks Return Of Bills It Paid On Eve Of Ch. 11

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 4:09 PM EDT) -- Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers of New York accused dozens of its business associates on Tuesday of improperly collecting payments shortly before the health care system filed for Chapter 11 protection, saying bankruptcy code allows it to recapture millions of dollars in already paid debts.
