Epstein Fights Malpractice Claims In $400M Contract Row

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 7:12 PM EDT) -- Epstein Becker & Green PC told a New York state appeals court Thursday that an insurance broker can't hold the firm accountable for arguments it didn't make to the Second Circuit in a $400 million contract dispute, because the appeals court would have rejected them.
