Feds Probe Oil Slick Near Shell's Wells In Gulf Of Mexico

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 1:52 PM EDT) -- Royal Dutch Shell PLC said Thursday it was cooperating with a federal investigation into a 10-mile-long oil sheen near two production sites in the Gulf of Mexico, though the company added it was confident its offshore drilling operations were not to blame.
