Dish Network's Union Threats Violated Labor Laws, NLRB Says

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 5:10 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Wednesday confirmed that Dish Network Corp. violated labor laws by threatening its pro-union employees with stricter workplace controls and an unpopular pay plan should they vote the union into place at a pair of Texas locations.
