Possible NY Fracking Deal Prompts Warning From Enviros

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 4:33 PM EDT) -- Fifteen environmental groups on Wednesday attacked a possible deal to drill for gas in Tioga County, N.Y., using a form of gas-powered shale fracturing, saying the state needs to do more testing on possible environmental impacts before the drilling technique is approved.
