Enviro Groups Take Arctic Drilling Fight To 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 6:17 PM EDT) -- Alaskan environmental groups and communities on Thursday appealed to the Ninth Circuit a federal judge's ruling that upheld the U.S. Department of Interior's approval of 487 Arctic Ocean oil drilling leases, maintaining the agency failed to properly evaluate potential environmental impacts.
